We ease in with a calming sensory meditation, followed by a wellness self-assessment to gently check in with how you're doing. After some space for quiet reflection, we close with group sharing, a supportive Q&A, and an optional intention to carry into the week. Why is self-assessment important? Taking a moment to assess your current state can be one of the most empowering steps on your journey to greater wellness. The Wheel of Wellbeing is a simple yet insightful tool that helps you gain clarity about where you are right now in the key areas of mind, body, and soul. Awareness is the First Step to Growth: Understanding your strengths and imbalances gives you a clear starting point for meaningful change. See the Whole Picture: Life can pull us in different directions. This tool helps you evaluate all aspects of your wellness to create more balanced, fulfilled life. Set Intentional Goals: With a visual snapshot of your current state, you can focus on the areas that need nurturing and celebrate where you’re thriving. Mindful Moments-1pm
This hour invites you into a guided mindfulness practice — beginning with a brief, grounding overview of what mindfulness truly is (and isn’t), followed by a practice you can return to anytime, anywhere. Together, we explore what mindfulness feels like in real life. Through gentle guidance, soft coaching, and shared reflection, you’ll learn how to slow down, turn inward, and return to the present — all within a space that welcomes self-trust, calm, and compassion. We close by identifying a simple intention or next step to gently carry with you into the week. After the practice, we ease into group reflection — an optional space for sharing, asking questions, or simply listening. There’s no pressure here — only presence. We hold a few gentle agreements to help us feel safe and connected: 🌿 Listening is participating — sharing is always optional. 🌿 What’s shared here stays here. 🌿 All emotions are welcome. 🌿 There’s no need to fix, advise, or perform — just be. This hour isn’t about getting mindfulness “right.” It’s about making space to come home to yourself — with breath, kindness, and care.

This hour centers on conscious motherhood. We hold meaningful conversations around topics like emotional regulation, flow, and boundaries — guided by the group’s needs — and we wrap with shared wisdom, support, and a small step to anchor your insights. This is a one-on-one moment created just for you—offering personalized support, gentle guidance, and space to be fully seen Each Empower Hour is a 50-minute one-on-one session, lovingly offered on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure you receive the focused care and attention you deserve. Whether you’re seeking clarity, personalized mindfulness tools, or supportive steps forward, this is a safe and compassionate space to tend to your unique needs and desires. Together, we’ll center what matters most to you—co-creating a soul-nourishing experience that supports your healing, growth, and return to wholeness.
