Are there breaks between sessions?
There are no scheduled breaks between sessions, except for the brief transition time as guests arrive or depart for individual sessions. However, if you need to leave for any reason, we kindly ask that you do so as seamlessly as possible to maintain the flow of the experience.
Do I need to bring anything?
We recommend wearing comfortable, layered clothing to accommodate any changes in temperature and bringing anything that enhances your comfort—pillows, a blanket, or even a cherished item. It’s entirely up to you! Everything you need for the session will be provided, so you can simply show up and be present.
To ensure maximum mental presence, we kindly ask that you silence your phone and place it in a designated space during the session.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept multiple forms of payment, including instant transfers via Zelle, iPay, Venmo, and PayPal, as well as cash and checks. Exciting updates are on the way—we’ll soon be adding online payment options and Membership Plans. Stay tuned!
